City Ballet of Maryland is excited to offer our 2026 Summer Dance Programs, designed to inspire dancers of all ages and levels. Each program culminates in a final performance at City Theater.
City Ballet of Maryland Summer Intensive
July 20th - August 7th

Ages 3-7 | 9am - 3pm
Young Pre-Artist Intensive
Ages 6-10 | 9am - 3pm
Young Pre-Artist Intensive
Ages 10–18 | 3pm-8pm
The Young Artist & Pre-Artist Intensives are dynamic, ballet-based summer programs designed for students with previous dance experience. These exciting programs offer a well-rounded curriculum guided by classically trained faculty, including:
🚌 Weekly Field Trips: Each week includes a fun and inspiring outing, offering students enrichment beyond the studio.
Students are grouped by age and skill level, ensuring personalized instruction and artistic growth.
🎭 Final Performance: Families are invited to a repertoire performance on August 7, 2026, at 6:00 PM to celebrate all that the dancers have learned.
