Adult Dance Program at City Ballet of Maryland
Rediscover the joy of dance, fitness, and artistry in our Adult Dance Program, designed for all experience levels — from complete beginners to seasoned movers returning to the barre!
Adult Ballet meets Tuesdays from 6:00–7:00 PM, beginning January 6. This class is designed to build strength, flexibility and confidence in a welcoming, supportive environment.

Comfortable attire is encouraged — ballet slippers or socks for Ballet, dance shoes for Latin if you have them.

Join us for a joyful, movement-based ballet class designed especially for adults ages 65 and up! This free weekly class focuses on balance, strength, and self-expression through the art of ballet — no prior experience required.
